Your questions, answered.

Are the listed prices fixed?

No. All prices are starting prices. Additional charges apply for excessive dirt, heavy soiling, pet hair, or other conditions requiring extra work.

Do you detail moldy vehicles?

No. We do not detail vehicles with mold. Contact us before your appointment if you suspect mold is present.

What should I remove before my appointment?

All personal belongings must be removed from the cabin, trunk, and cargo area before your appointment.

Can I drop off the night before?

Yes. You may leave your vehicle the night before your appointment and place your keys in the key drop box on our building.

What is the difference between detailing and paint correction?

Detailing cleans and protects the vehicle. Paint correction uses machine polishing to reduce defects in the paint, such as swirls and haze.

What protection comes with paint correction?

Both our standalone one-step and two-step correction packages include a 6-month sealant. If you choose ceramic coating, we’ll specify the preparation and coating together in your quote.

Does every ceramic coating include a two-step correction?

Our 1-year and 3-year ceramic coatings include a single-step machine polish. Two-step correction is available on request, with the scope and pricing confirmed before booking. Our 5-year ceramic coating includes two-step correction.

Will coating stop scratches or rock chips?

No. Coating does not make paint scratch-proof and is not a substitute for impact protection.

Does a new vehicle need polishing?

It may. New paint can still have wash marks or delivery-related defects. We inspect it before recommending polishing.

How long does the service take?

Routine detailing can take several hours. Correction and coating can take a full day or multiple days. We’ll confirm timing when we scope your vehicle.

Can every scratch or stain be removed?

No. Safe correction depends on paint condition and the depth of the defect. Interior materials can also be permanently stained or worn. We discuss achievable results before work begins.

How do I choose a package?

For routine cleaning, compare our interior, exterior, and full-detail packages. For correction, coating, or an uncertain condition, request an assessment.

How do I maintain a coated vehicle?

Use careful washing methods and follow the product-specific guidance provided at handoff. Coatings still need routine washing and attention to contamination.

How do I book?

Use our online scheduler for standard detailing. For correction and coating, call or email with your vehicle details so we can establish the scope and quote.
